Detergent brand Packaging design

I am looking to create packaging for a brand new enterprise. The product is detergents and I am looking for packaging made out of plastic materials. I need the packaging to catch the eye of customers, while still remaining cost-effective. My objective is to create packaging that is engaging, creative, and memorable. I need a designer who has an eye for detail and an understanding of the latest trends.
