Detailed Proposal Quote Template

I need a specialized quote template for proposals in Word format. I am having trouble with the header and footer sections encroaching on the body of the document. I also need help embedding our logo in a way that it doesn't show the background when printing (currently the back ground is not transparent). I would also like the header and footer information to remain editable.
