Desktop App design

I need a graphic designer for an image processing desktop application. The ideal candidate will have lots of experience working with wireframes and other UI design tools. You will be working closely with our lead developer on the project who will be providing clarity on the desired functionality as needed. Please respond with a samples of your work. Looking for a designer that we can work closely with instead of team busy with a lot of projects.
