Designs for laser engraving cutting boards and christmas ornaments

I am looking for a designer to create designs for laser engraving cutting boards, tumblers, hat pat hes, and Christmas ornaments. The designs should be a combination of both text-based and graphic, but is open to styles.. While I have some ideas for specific images or phrases to be included in the designs, I am open to the designer's creativity and suggestions.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Experience in creating designs for laser engraving
- Experience in creating designs for dye-sublimation
- Strong understanding of rustic & Traditional design aesthetics
- Creative and able to provide suggestions and ideas
