Designing for an E-commerce brand

I am looking for someone with a creative mindset to help me design my first collection for my brand DECODE. It is a high street luxury brand for both men & women (T-shirts, Shorts, Hoodies, Sweatpants, Sweatshirts, Crop tops, Shirts etc). The job involves designing outfits including graphics. I am attaching a few reference images below for a better understanding. I do not want anyone to pick bits and pieces from these references and make some other product. It is a concept clothing brand looking for a creative mind who can create something different and unique. I am looking for 15 different silhouettes and various print placements on the existing silhouettes.
