Designing a Poster

I am in need of a Poster for my business and am looking for a designer who can create something that is modern and visually impressive. The purpose of the Poster is to advertise my business and our brand, so it needs to be creative and eye-catching. As for color preferences, I am open to suggestions and creative ideas. I'm very open to the designer's vision however I'd like to see something modern and dynamic that stands out from the competition.
