Designing PPTs

I am looking for a designer to create PPTs for my project. Here are the details:

Specific Branding Guidelines:
- I will provide the guidelines for the branding and color schemes to be followed.

Template and Slides:
- I need both a template designed and slides created for the PPTs.

Complexity:
- The PPTs should be simplistic in design.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and graphic design.
