Designing Efficient Parking Layout for Storage
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for an efficient parking layout for a 150'x200' concrete slab. This space will eventually become part of a self-storage facility, but we want to utilize it for parking in the interim.
Key Requirements:
- The majority of vehicles will be light trailers, so the spaces should be designed with this in mind.
- The layout needs to maintain easy access and maneuverability. The pad has a 35' wide drive that's easily accessible from three sides.
- I would like an 8'-10' buffer zone between the new building and any type of parking.
- The usable area for parking is actually 140'x200'.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
