Designer and type-setter to build 12 one-page business capabilities statements

I need to develop 12x one-page business capabilities statements. These will all use essentially the same formatting and structure, but will have different content. An example of the capabilities statement template types that I am looking for is attached. I will provide the content, but need someone to build the actual deliverable.
