UI/UX Designer to help build web/mobile apps with beautiful, intuitive, and functional interface

Our dynamic team is looking for a UI/ UX Designer, who will help us conceptualize, design and visualize web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should exhibit creativity, innovation, and strong technical skills. They must be comfortable working in a multi-tasking and cross-cultural environment, has solid experience in creating high fidelity designs, wireframes, illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps, is self-directed, is a strong collaborator, focused on business outcomes and passionate about driving innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in discovery workshops to understand the customer requirements
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Deliver high fidelity designs or working prototypes using Adobe XD/ Sketch/ Figma
Create designs using pre-defined style guides and help extend the existing style guides with new components and design patterns
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years in related field
Knowledgeable in wireframing, mockup, prototyping, designing and analytics tools (e.g. AdobeXD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Balsamiq, InVision, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
Extensive experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design web/mobile apps and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Be able to work with clients to define detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs.
Candidate must have stable internet connection
Must be willing to work on a schedule that overlaps with US EST
