UI/UX Designer for Styled UI Kit -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced designer who can not only do the design work - but understand what we are building, what's important to us, speed, implementation, product, customer feedback.

I'm looking for availability and comprehension skills, not only high quality design.

I have styled a UI Kit and started making progress - I need someone who's available during EST (business hours) and can produce fast turn around (WORKING WITH ME - SAME DAY)

Looking for some real talent, most the people I end up working with is for years and years.

Design has been a tuff spot to fill - especially as product evolves, most designers simply want a TASK TO DO - yet don't truly understand what they are even working on, nor use the correct systems or work flow.

Please don't waste my time.
