UI/UX Designer for Responsive Websites (Long term 2 years Regular Work)

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX designer to create pixel-perfect, responsive website designs based on client briefs. This is a long-term opportunity with regular projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly web pages in Figma/PSD.
- Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy for developers.
- Create responsive designs (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Organize layers, components, and design systems clearly.
- Work with developers to ensure design integrity in implementation.

Deliverables:
- Final designs in Figma/PSD (well-structured & layered).
- 3 layouts for Desktop, Tablet, Mobile View of each web page
- Style guide: colors, typography, components, icons.

Pricing Structure:
₹150 INR / Unique Section
What is Unique Section: A Unique Section is any section of webpage that is used only once across the entire website. If the same section appears on multiple pages, it still counts as just one unique section. Pricing is based on the total number of unique sections, not the number of website pages.


Timeline:
- Delivery within 3–4 days (depending on project).
- Daily progress updates required.
- Unlimited revisions until satisfaction.

Terms:
- All work is under NDA – no portfolio use allowed.
- Designs must be original (no templates).
- Files must be deleted after project handover.
