UI/UX Designer for Next.js & Tailwind CSS Project

We are in the process of creating an innovative pet care platform designed to enhance the welfare of pets and their owners. We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer who is proficient in using Next.js and Tailwind CSS to help design and deliver several key components and pages for our platform. The ideal candidate will be tasked with creating functional UI components and page layouts that are ready for integration and deployment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype highly interactive user interfaces using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Deliver responsive and user-friendly designs for the following pages:
- - Home Page
- - Blog Listing Page
- - Single Blog Page
- - Login Page
- - Register Page
- - Add a Pet Page
- - Profile Page
- - Business Profile Page
- - Directory Listings Page

- Ensure all designs are intuitive and crafted with the end-user in mind.
- Provide all source files including Next.js and Tailwind CSS files, ensuring they are well-organized and commented for easy integration by our development team.

Requirements:
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio, including detailed examples of previous work with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Advanced proficiency in UX design best practices, responsive web design, and mobile-first design.
- Ability to solve UX problems, including converting complex solutions into simple intuitive interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills to discuss and explain design options.
- Detail oriented. Must be able to anticipate user behavior and act upon it to provide a user-friendly experience.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience designing for platforms in the service or pet care industry.

Deliverables:
- Complete design files delivered in Next.js format, utilizing Tailwind CSS for styling.
- A comprehensive style guide or design system documentation to accompany the designs.
