UI/UX Designer for New Enterprise

Heyo, modern designers,
We are looking for a motivated, cost-effective, and experienced UI/UX designer, who would help us with our startup project. The project itself is oriented toward youth and people who seek experiences. We are developing a ticket reselling platform via partnerships with ticket providers. We want to build a user-friendly platform based either on neo-brutalism or glass morphism (more preferable) styles. We have a homepage example from a previous designer, a working production site, a logo and identity book, and all of our preferences, which we will share after choosing the specialist. We need you to check the previous homepage design, add some functions, (if required) which would increase the user experience and based on it make an additional 4 pages (we have current layouts).
