Designer for Meta, Google and TikTok Ads Creatives

I'm looking for a graphics designer to create image and video creatives for our clients. We have a team that is running and optimizing our ads campaigns and would like to have a new team member that works long term with us. You should be experienced with creative creation for Instagram, Facebook and ideally with TikTok ads and the best image sizes for Google Ads. Please send me some examples of creatives that you have done before, ideally with results (CPA, CPC, CTR, etc.)

The ads are all going to be in German, but it's not necessary that you speak German. Our clients are Escape Rooms, Lasertag Areas, Paintball, etc.
