Designer for Logo, Name and App visual prototype

We're looking for someone with UX and UI experience. We're trying to find someone that could make a simple Logo, get a perfect name and also help with a design for application prototype for iOs and Android Operative systems (No programming skills needed, just an image of how the app look like).
