UI Designer for FinTech Mobile App

I am looking for a UX Designer for FinTech Mobile App that we are currently developing. I am looking for someone with significant experience in UI/UX design for responsive mobile apps. I have a clear specification document (see attached) of what I want, but I would still need to explain the complexity of the app, so good communications in English is essential. Final deliverables are a series of designed pages that capture the customer journey (on-boarding, data capture, reporting etc.). Please note that I have a very short deadline, so you need to be available to work on the project immediately.
