For self-publication on Amazon (kindle and paperback). The book is a historical romance, but the content is quite introspective, there are plenty of historical facts around which the plot develops, there is vivid WW2 Paris imagery, even a couple of pursuit scenes, and the structure is very cinematic, all of which at times give the book the feel of a thriller. So the target audience would be new adult and adult, mostly female but, because of the elements I described, I believe male audience cannot be excluded either, so better exclude anything too romantic or mellow. This is war and even love can't escape its ugliness!
But I'm looking for a definite eye-catcher for WW2 Paris lovers. I am uploading some images I believe give an idea of what appeals to me for a cover. More details are available upon request. Budget is pretty tight, so I would prefer royalty-free images for the cover, and I would appreciate your very best offer, but not at the expense of an attractive professional outcome.
