UX Designer for Contractor Rating Site

I need a skilled UX designer to build a quality interface for a contractor review website. The site's fundamental purpose is to enable users to rate and review contractors. The design should make navigation easy and facilitate a simplified review submission process. Contractor profiles should ideally be displayed in a card view format. An understanding of and experience in creating intuitive, user-friendly web designs would be ideal. The screens should be designed in Figma, encompassing a homepage, project creation, project listing, project management, dashboard, contractor list, and various static pages like About Us and Contact Us.
