Designer to design PSD web pages (mobile and desktop)

I am looking for a talented designer who is an expert in photoshop and is able to design mobile and desktop pages at 144dpi and export the files as layered PSD and Jpegs for our web developer.
The designs are to be based on woo commerce themes - 2 themes will be provided.
There are 4 pages required in total per theme (8 per theme inc mobile version)
