Designer clothing kids

I am looking for a freelancer to design and create a sewing pattern for kids rainwear for toddles 1-5 (I have a specific design in mind and I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing clothing for kids and be able to bring my design vision to life. The freelancer should also have a good understanding of the age group and be able to create comfortable and practical clothing for kids.
