Ui / UX Designer Required for a website

We are looking for a candidate to design the UX and UI for a website for us. We require a modern design with animations and effects that is not just any standard template. It is for an HR company.

Below are some examples of what kind of design we are looking for. It doesn't need to be based on this, but it looks very modern.
