XU/UI Designer - Ongoing Work
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
•You know your way around Figma and Adobe
•Have demonstrable at least 2 years end-to-end experience in the delivery of design projects, from conceptualisation to production
•Have a deep understanding of modern product discovery practices and love conducting them: user interviews, user acceptance testing, etc.
•Believe in user-centric design and value simplicity in solving design problems
•Are able to communicate concepts and solutions effectively in a way that clearly articulates the reasoning behind design decisions
•Recognise the importance of a smooth user experience: you have a passion for streamlining both software and workflow processes
•Always strive for both professional and personal self-improvement: you’re inherently curious and you’re always learning
•Have a strong understanding of the software development process: experience of Agile/Scrum is a plus
