Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to design user-centric solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design.
• Effectively communicate design ideas and present them to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design skills.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating responsive designs and working with design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills Must Have:

• Color Combination knowledge
• Made ARP System (Eg: Dashboard, CRM, Admin Panel)
• Had Worked with Storyline.
• How Social Media graphics works and have knowledge of it.
• Make Designs according to the Content.
• Have knowledge of making Cartoon Character with the help of Sketching.

Pay Range:

• If Candidate is available for Full Time Monthly Pay Range will be 22k-25k (Depending On work).
• If Candidate is Freelancer, Hourly Pay will be INR 150/- to INR 200/- (Depending On work).
