UI/UX Designer Needed for Jharkhand PWA

I'm looking for a talented UI/UX designer to help create a Progressive Web App (PWA) website for a hyperlocal community in Jharkhand. The primary goal of this platform is to foster community engagement among local residents.

Key Features
- Engaging menus
- Local news and video bytes from local leaders
- A 'Vibe Check' section
- An Alumni section
- Registered users for logging in
- User-generated content: posting short videos, sharing videos, acting as citizen journalists
- Job search capabilities
- Voting on social issues
- Podcasts
- A local event hub with ticket purchasing and a payment gateway
- A 'Pride of Giridih' section

We want this platform to serve as a daily engagement hub for the town's population, allowing them to voice their issues and participate in community activities.

Ideal Skills and Experience
