UI/UX Design with all Visual Assets and Colour Scheme for Marketplace 2 Apps (Business+Customer) Web+Mobile

We have two prototype apps. Now looking to get to full featured apps (Web+Mobile). One app is for small businesses to manage their business (add items, view orders, see customers, etc) and another app is for customers to find and order from these businesses.

Need someone with strong visual skills (preferably even a design team) to manage end-to-end design of the project.
