Design a web app

Looking for an experienced product designer for a less than a month project. We're working on a fintech idea that is on the web but must be designed with responsiveness in mind. It is less than 20 pages in design and we have a wireframe and example of UI available.

Required Experience
Dribble or Behance profile is a must
Experience designing for both web and mobile
Must be able to communicate clearly
