Design the mailing bag for my e-commerce clothing business

We are a sustainable clothing brand in need of someone to design two 26x26cm designs for the front and back of our mailing bags. We have some basic ideas for the designs but would like someone with experience to put them together in visually appealing ways and send a pdf for each that we can put on the bags.
