Design 4 slider images

Hi,
I need to get 4 sider images designed for my site amanexch.co. The 4 images will be grayscale. I need to highlight 4 points on each image. The 4 points are:
5% BONUS ON ALL DEPOSITS
POWERED BY BETFAIR.
ALL MARKETS SUPPORT UNMATCHED BETS.
ODDS UPTO 100 TIMES.
The 4 images will be sporting images:
Cricket (probably a batsman bating)
Tennis
Soccer
Horse racing
The 4 highlights points should be said as led lights on all images - something you can see on https://www.dreamstime.com/attitude-written-led-lights-black-background-attitude-written-led-lights-black-background-attitude-written-image169351407 or https://www.pinterest.com/pin/304063412341970133/?mt=login
So basically the led will keep flashing on the static image. All 4 led will be different - above 2 are just an example.
