Design a simple sample for a research project

Hi, we are a social research consulting company, and we are looking for a report designer to collaborate with us, ideally in the long term.
We produce consulting reports and would like someone to enhance the designs of our Word documents. While we typically use Canva, we are open to other tools that you are proficient in. We have a sample task available, consisting of 10 pages with all the content ready. The task involves designing the pages and incorporating relevant photos (e.g., from Unsplash with proper credit) to give the report a pleasant and professional appearance. There is no requirement to create new graphics or unique designs for each page, but we are open to your suggestions in this regard. We look forward to hearing from you.
