Design a T-shirt with drawing/image

I would like to design a T shirt with an image/drawing that shows a person with depression receiving help from others. Something like a person in the middle collapsed and many people around giving our their hands toward that person. It could be stick figure, or details human face, or anything. I just need to show the spirit that people are willing to accept depression and offering help.
