Design a prototype firearm

I am looking for a talented designer to create a prototype handgun to serve as a concept design. I have detailed specifications in mind for the firearm, so the designer will need to be able to interpret what my vision is and bring it to life. The prototype must have practical applications and be able to be tested and used. Understanding the materials necessary and having the capability to map out the design are two crucial elements of this project. Furthermore, the design should fit within my budget and timeline.
