Design 2 printable brochure for one of our products

We need a professional and creative designer to design 2 brochures (printable) of our product named 'Exam paper creation tool'

Brochure 1: keeping in mind that it will be shared with individual teachers.
Brochure 2: for institutes, will be shared with schools and coaching institute
(content for both is shared in the attachment)

Note:
- Brochure should must have modern and new look n feel.
- Both of the brochures must be distinctive in design.
- Ensure that you stick to Education/ed-tech industry theme.
- These brochures will be printed for distribution.

Size and orientation:
- A4 size (portrait)
- 4 page single fold brochure (each)
