Design a poster/brochure

Design me a poster on the acute weight loss strategies used by boxers for making weight in fight week.

This should be in an infographic style and include the headings :

low fibre/ low residue
Low sodium and fluid manipulation
glycogen reduction
rapid dehydration from baths/saunas

Each section will need a sub heading of:
- how to complete
- how long for
- expected % weight loss

Further information and more details will provided, but for the sake of this project, please provide a sample of how you would design this poster
