Design a poster board for High School Dance Team

I need a poster board designed that we could display in our case at the high school. We are a dance team and creating a new image. It will need to have our school's name, team name, information about us and how to contact me, as the coach. I also have different pictures of some of my team members posing in our new uniforms. those pictures I would like extracted, Just the image of the member, and placed throughout the poster. Once the image design is done, then I can send the image away and have it blown up into a large poster for display.
