Design a poster based on a word document

First of many. Based on notes from my guitar course, I want to design a poster for each subject. View to sell these as digital products online. Also in the future will require guitar based poster size digital art. Sample file is 1 of 39 that will all be converted to poster size. Will need to be printable from A5 to A0 paper size.
