Design a pitch deck for restaurant startup

I am needing a deck to describe a new restaurant concept to landlords. I am wanting to, relatively quickly, create a simple 5-10 page deck that will describe a new restaurant using text, images, and some financials. I will provide all of the text and financials and can help with images but want to help to create an impressive presentation with some preliminary branding and some sort of logo.
