Design pictures on t-shirts -- 2

I am looking for a creative individual to help me design a unique picture to be used on t-shirts. I would like the design to contain custom artwork, with the size of the design being medium. The desired colour scheme for this design is monochromatic. The perfect person for this job will be someone who has experience creating artwork with a good eye for colour and composition.
