Design me picture for Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads

I am looking for a graphic designer who can create eye-catching images for my Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The objective of the ad campaign is to increase website traffic. The ad designs should be in both Facebook and Instagram ad dimensions. While I don't have specific visual elements or text to include, I have a general idea of what I want the ads to look like. Ideal skills for this job include experience in graphic design and creating social media ads.
