Design a personal LinkedIn post

I plan to start branding my posts on LinkedIn. I have seen many people post on LinkedIn sharing their ideas or work using a personalized post that may attract more people to their post (I have attached two so you can better understand what I am aiming for.

So I would like you to design something for me that I can constantly use to post on LinkedIn. In addition, the design should be flexible, so I can either post only one picture or several.
