Design 20 page brochure based in existing word document

We have an existing brochure that we use to promote our business. This was started in MS Word and has grown over time where it now needs to be transferred into a professional publishing project and cleaned up so that it is a uniform presentation. We can supply all the graphics and logos.
We envisage something like Adobe InDesign
We will require the InDesign file at the end of the project. The output is to be in 2 formats, one that can be printed as a booklet and the other made into a downloadable PDF
