Design newspaper ad based on existing postcard

We need a newspaper ad designed, based on an existing postcard that we have already designed. All images, graphics and text will be provided. The existing postcard needs to be re-formatted to to fit the new dimensions. Project requirements are below:

1. Deliverable: 1 Photoshop file, with editable layers
2. Dimensions: 10.125 inches wide by 10.625 inches tall
3. Design will be based on the attached postcard (front and back is attached)
4. Text:

5. Images: Use images from the postcard. I will send a Photoshop file with layered images.
6. Logo: please include the attached logo. This is a special logo that has the names of two companies. It needs to be in the same format on the final printed piece.
7. On the excavator, the word 'Deere' appears, this needs to be visible and cannot be covered with text or graphics.
8. Time frame: 2-4 days
