Design newsletter with mailchimp

My NGO is looking for a freelancer to help us design our newsletter. We want to use Mailchimp to distribute it, and we need help setting it up. The purpose of the newsletter is to share information about our NGO, but we do not have a specific theme or style in mind. We are looking for a freelancer to suggest a theme or style that meets our needs. The project involves creating a template and we will provide the content for our newsletter.
