Design new web pages based on my existing design

I am currently building a website (https://alcoholism-gatsby.vercel.app/).

I would to have an hourly designer on staff to build new pages, new header images, new elements etc.

Please respond with 2 things to be considered:

1) Start the message with your favorite color
2) Include at least one design that looks similar to my website
