Design logo + post for a forum to advertise my game server

I need someone to create my logo + a cool design so I can advertise in forums like this one: https://otland.net/forums/server-gala.43/
Our server background:
- I'm building a server for a 2D game called Tibia. Which is an old game currently maintained by Cipsoft but the particularity of my project is that runs an old version of Tibia from 2003-2006.
- This server was online 10 years ago with high demand. Got closed around 5 years ago. Now we're back.
- The game world is made custom, so I'm using Tibia engine but the map is completely different and unique.
- This game has pvp and pve. So depending on the situation you will be fighting players or monsters.
The design should contain this information (I will provide images too via chat):
server name: Adream

version: 7.72
map: custom
shop: only premium and cosmetics in shop, no pay to win
cheating: not allowed and 0 tolerance
experience rates: low in order to maintain a long-term server
level 1-50: x5
level 50-100: x4
level 100-150: x3
level 150+: x2
More designs will be requested in a future as this project is long-term placed.
I will only consider people with 100% delivery rate and not copy-paste bids.
