Design leaflet and create printable pdf

For a church service we need a leaflet designed and layouted to get a printable pdf. Input is a word document. All should be A5 folded and A4 printable sheets of paper. So that I can print a pdf and fold it in the right direction and orientation.

The front picture should be improved a bit. Remove the purple blanket in the background and have the background mostly white. The focal point should be the feet.
