Design an interactive web animation

I'm building a website for my consulting business, and would like an interactive 2d animation to show my clients what my business process is about. I'm looking for someone skilled with interactive web animations such as html5 canvas, via tools such as Adobe Animate or Rive.app. You will also need to be familiar with a 2d vector design tool to create the content, such as Adobe Illustrator.

This animation will be embedded in my website, hence needs to support html5 canvas or similar.

I have attached a sketch showing the rough concept. Each pane represents a stage in the animation, with the transitions driven by mouse clicks. The exact effects can be discussed and refined as we go.

I like the art style of this youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pj-h6MEgE7I But am just looking for something much simpler, with a handful of transitions and effects.
