Design icons

I require a designer to please provide a number of icons that I need to use in an app. I require a SVG, PNG and Adobe Illustrator ai file provided versions. Icons need to be the same size and be on a square grid with padding. Illustrator file can contain all the icons, with the SVG and PNG for each individual icon. Style needs to be contemporary Icons required are for the following operations: > New Document, Load Document and Save Document > Menu > Settings > Sign In & Sign out > Help > Play, Stop, Pause, Speed Increase, Speed Decrease, Fast Forward > Reset > Selector Pointer (like a Mouse Cursor) > Node Connector (two small nodes with a line in between - nodes on different lines one left and one right) > Drag around (like a Hand Symbol) > Copy, Paste and Delete > Undo and Redo > Node Shapes (similiar to Flow Chart diagrams) with shapes for Start, Stop, Sub Routine, Action, Decision, Delay, Counter, Sub Start > Toggle Symbol
