Design a gift voucher for restaurant

I need a simple but eye catchy gift voucher designed.
For the right person, this is a quick job. The theme is 'Kerala backwaters houseboat' Kerala is a state in India
One side will have a unique design/background (not a photo), the logo, and the price of the voucher. The back of the card will have some T&C, contact info with proper background colors.
The size is A6, two-sided, a template and rules will be provided.
