Design a full sleeve tattoo

I am looking to design a full sleeve tattoo that I will be sharing with a tattoo artist. I want to capture the essence of "Technology" and "Science". I want to give the illusion that the tattoo is part of my arm, ex:

I want the tattoo to be realistic. I need a full rendering of the sleeve to show the artist. Looking for a very creative artist that can bring my ideas to reality.
